Our classes are designed to suit all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners as of 18 years old. You don’t need to be fit or flexible to start yoga. We encourage each student to always listen to their body and never to push themselves too far. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in our classes depending on your health conditions, please seek the approval of your doctor.

Do ...

Try different styles to see which one fits you, personally and physically. / Tell the teacher if it is your first class. / Ask for help if you need it. / Come back to discover different classes in a few days.

Don't ...

Don’t forget to drink water before and after the class. / Don’t wear socks during class, maintain firmly your feet on the mat and let the energy flow. / Don’t be intimidated, yoga is not about performance but about being connected with your body, breath and mind.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself and comfortable clothes! Mats are always available at no extra charge at Myoga Studio and we provide high-quality Manduka mats for every student. We have hand-towels if you tend to be on the sweatier side ! We do not sell bottled water, but have filtered water & cups readily available.

What if I am late?

Even if we are willing to allow our customers to arrive (a little) late, we do not encourage this, and we need to be mindful of other yogis who arrive on time.
