Our general terms and conditions given below apply to contractual relationships with Myoga Studio & Lifestyle and the “Client”, to any accomplishments and/or to all goods and services.
Price and payment conditions
The prices are in Euro €. All prices are non-refundable and non-transferable to other persons. Any classes or services bought require advanced payment.
Myoga Studio encourages the Client to pay in advance through the MindBody App. Classes can also be paid by card or cash at the studio before the start of the class.
Membership Passes
The membership passes go into effect at the first class. The membership passes are automatically renewed on every month charged to the Client, unless it is cancelled with conditions below*. The amount to be paid will be taken from the Client Debit or Credit Card on file or through the MindBody Account.
The membership passes can be suspended for a period of 7 days minimum and 3 months maximum per year. The suspension has to be announced by email to info@myogastudio.es.
*The membership pass can be canceled any time at the end of the running month, by sending an email to info@myogastudio.es.
Up-front Payments
The 10 passes package and 6 months package go into effect at the first class. It can be suspended for a period of 7 days minimum and 1 month maximum per year. The suspension has to be announced by email. The validity of both packages is 6 months. Unused full packages will be valid within 1 year.
Others
The welcome offer is valid for new students with a single use for unlimited classes for a period of 4 weeks in a row, it goes into effect at the first class. The drop-in class is valid for a single use and goes into effect at the first class.
Classes
Attending Class
Students are required to complete a waiver/consent form in order to register as a Myoga Studio student. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your first class to allow time for completion. Students must arrive and check in with reception at least five minutes prior to the beginning of class and late comers are not permitted. Prior to the start of class, students are required to inform the instructor of any issues or relevant physical issues. The open space for the practice of meditation early morning is available for the Students part of Myogastudio.
Planning
The changes to the planning of Myoga studio (timetables, teachers, etc..) can occur at any time. They will be posted on the website and Individual customers will be notified personally by e-mail. The number of spots left is updated online through MindBody App. There is not guarantee to have free spot left signing up at the studio.
Classes cancellations
Early morning classes before 10 am must be cancelled on MINDBODY by 10:00 pm the night before. All other class cancellations must be made 2 hours before the start of class. You can early cancel on MINDBODY, or send us an email at info@myogastudio.es. All late cancellations and no show will be charged $12.
Private Instruction and Refunds
Classes are cancelled in case of major delay (15 minutes or more). A refund for a private class can be issued less than 24 hours in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate. Private classes must be booked and paid in advance. Full payment will be charged if a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Workshops Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings for workshops are mandatory. Workshops cancellations required a 48 hours email notice at info@myogastudio.es before the start of the workshop. Cancellation requests with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be honored unless we can fill your space. All refunds will incur a 20% administration fee. Absence, no-show to a workshop or event is non-refundable. A refund for a workshop can be issued less than 48 hours in case of illness or injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate. Workshops and events could occasionally be canceled by the studio. If your event is canceled you will be notified by email, and you will receive a full refund.
Rental terms and Cancelations policy
A deposit of €100 Euro is asked to book the space and does not count towards the price of the rental. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the event if the space has no damages. The studio rental charge is payable before the start of the event, otherwise the space won’t be available. The studio is not considered reserved until the deposit payment is made. Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the designated starting time and ends promptly at the designated ending time. Rental time must include check-in and check-out. Studio must vacated by the end of the rental period.
Cancellation Policy:
50% charge of total price, 30-15 days cancellation before the start of the course
75% charge of total price, 15 -2 days cancellation before the start of the course
100 % charge of total price, 2 days or less cancellation before the start of the course
Privacy Policy
Any personal information we ask you to give us is needed for business purposes only. It will be saved considering the data protection regulations. We treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass any personal information to unauthorized third parties and will at any time protect it from unauthorized access. The Student agrees to receive newsletter and special offers from Myoga Studio.
Risk & Responsibility
Myoga Studio does not accept responsibility for students who do not follow the class instructions as provided by the teacher. Any medical or physical conditions, recent or persistent injuries, or relevant disclosures must be made by students to the teacher prior to the beginning of class. It is the responsibility of students to inform the teacher if they are experiencing any pain or discomfort.
The use of Myoga Studio facilities denotes the acceptance of the risk associated with all forms of physical exercise, both during and after. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in our classes depending on your health conditions, please seek the approval of your doctor.
Myoga Studio, including any staff, owners, managers, and directors, will not be held liable for: a) any injury or harm resulting in participation or use of facilities, and b) any damage to or loss of personal property.
Left Property
Myoga Studio does not accept any responsibility for personal property left at the facilities.
Copyright and Related Rights
