In collaboration with Aticco Med Co-working, Lydie and Archita invite you to join us for a Balance Yoga Session and culinary delight at our Yoga & Indian Brunch!
We will gather in a beautiful and chill working environment, on Saturday, May 25th from 11h30 until 14h for a morning of serenity where mindfulness and Indian flavor come together. We will work on balancing our nervous system through specific yoga poses and breathing consciously to balance body and mind.
The event includes the following:
- Yoga Masterclass to balance your nervous system with a sound bath at the end of the session
- Vegetarian Indian Brunch:
Kahwa (Green tea infused with saffron and rose and topped with walnut)
Quinoa salad with Tandoori paneer (Indian cottage cheese marinated with spices and grilled served over a quinoa salad)
Uttapam with peanut chutney (glutenfree pancakes topped with seasonal veggies and served with peanut chutney)
Vegetable Khichdi (rice and lentil one pot meal with seasonal veggies and spices topped with Ghee)
Coconut sago cream topped with mango (tapioca pearls pudding with coconut and mango)
Please bring with you your yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and something to cover yourself at the end of the practice.
The price is €40 and €35 for Attico members.

Cancellation made within 72 hours of the event: no refund will be provided.
Check-in and preparation for the class will begin at 11h15. Please arrive dressed comfortably for the yoga practice. There are bathrooms available to change if needed as well as an area to leave your belongings.
